Synopsis:

Children often memorise Surah after Surah of the Quran without knowing it’s basic meanings. Even as parents, we may find it difficult to explain it to them.

With the help of this picture book, your children will be able to read Juzz Amma in Arabic and instantly know the basic meaning of the verses through engaging illustrations.

It will help your children visualise the simple meaning of the Ayah. This will make the Tafsir and the explanation of the verses easier for them to grasp.

This bright and colourful book will also assist the memorisation of the Quran, making it so much more fun and enjoyable for them.

My views on ‘My First Quran with Pictures Juz’ Amma Part 1 and My First Quran with Pictures colouring book.

I’ve been introducing my daughter to the Quran and teaching her how to read it. We have started with the Arabic alphabet first and are now ready to learn how to read Arabic so she’s able to read parts of the Quran. It’s not an easy process to teach your children the Quran and as a parent, you want to make sure you are doing it right.

A lot of parents send their children to Arabic schools for them to memorise the Quran. This sometimes happens without the children being taught the meaning of the Quran at the same time. It’s so important for children and anyone really to understand the meaning of the Surahs in the Quran.

I was super excited when I came Across My First Quran with Pictures Juz’ Amma Part 1.

I instantly knew this would be something my daughter would enjoy as she loves reading books and colouring. She’s nearly 6 years old and at the age where she has tons of questions about religion and the world around her.

She’s not quite ready to read the Arabic text in these books but she’s able to read the English translation and is getting a lot from looking at the pictures. It’s a great conversation starter to finding out more about Islam together.

This product is such a beautiful learning tool that I know I will be enjoying it with my daughter for years to come and my son as he grows up too. This is definitely a product I will be gifting to some of the children in my family and it’s also a great gift idea for Eid.

What’s more?

Faith Books is currently working on Part 2 of the ‘My Quran in Pictures book’ which will consist of the remaining surahs of Juz Amma.

They also offer a fantastic flashcard version of this book, that is suitable for younger children. It’s detachable, which allows for children to separate the Surahs and focus on one at a stime. The cards are nice and sturdy for little hands.
